Man....
I've been away on my personal shit ( which is cool now ...thanx for all the well wishes ) and it seems as if everyone is at each others throats and shit....
whats with all the hostility ? :(

The board gets like this from time to time....it runs in cycles. I think since we went from summer to fall, it that time of the year.

with the change in the weather (getting colder) mroe people are sitting in front of the computer istead of goign outside.

R Pageviews are about 750,000-800,000 per month on the message board. As far as bandwith lets just say that this site is at the very top of my hosting providers bandwith reports every month.

Man I remeber when i first logged on to DHP it was all about DEEP HOUSE & DISCO GROOVES.No DRAMA well maybe a battle or 2 around the way but it was cool Ephi would post his set's on here SammyRock would share his deep soulful grooves(still does & I respect that)Gman post different dj's set's on DHP wich i like alot. and topic's were just cool. well I just hope it all gets better I hope no one gets kicked off the site.I like coming here to speak to my friends/brothers & sisters in house, Yall keep cool & keep it positive aaiight .....Word )))))) Deejay Raare biggrinangel.gif

It's just sad....I was talking to a good friend the other night after Xippo ( Thanx for coming to show support !) and we were talking about how the drama is just nuts !
you got somebody talking shit about a mans wife .....and he ain't even here !

man....when i first found this board , I spent time here learning about music I didn't know...
And yes I was a regular at the Plant and The Box...I was the guy who kept to himself because back then I was shy as hell....
I figured I could meet and play with some of the family here but sometimes it is so f**king negative....
that bullshit about me playing the DHP parties awhile back killed the feelings of ever playing with a certain person on this board again and now even tho the bullshit doesn't involve me personally this time... I'm still a member of this DHP family and i'm disheartened by where it seems to be headed.....
You want people to follow us and keep house alive ???/ Teach them about it !
Show the good ... not so much of the bullshit in it...the division will kill it off quicker than anything.

6 23 and I feel the same way you do. We were tired of seeing the drama played out on our computer screen that seemed very silly to both of us. I know some people probably feel what we did in itself was stupid, but some of the so called "real beefs" are just as stupid. Lets get back to the music, news, laughter and real conversation... That's my two cents...

just commenting on the state of the board. i put the original post up out of a feeling of " damn"...
Todays post came after seeing some of the post from earlier in the week....
i also think if you ask ANYONE on this board , they'll tell you I don't have any interest in being involved in bullshit.... it was just my feelings on the state of where it's headed.

I have to agree with Gman on this one. I think todays arguments were minor compared to some of the days i have seen on this page in the past. Maybe because the combatants were women made people blow the whole thing completely out of proportion.
i really do not understand all the fuzz about the recent drama..It's been always like happened, and sometimes even worse then what we have seen the last couple of days;. Okay, the nudity thing got way out of hand, but that ain't nothing compared to some other shit happening here before..
