I drove that new 8 cyl Passat. Damn nice car. Does _not_ want to go slower than 85 mph though..... graemlins/conf44.gif

Drove one on a slalom course, and it didn't handle as well as a Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima, which was disappointing because I always liked the look of the Passat. The V8 is no joke though, if you're willing to pay mid-upper $30's for a Passat. That's a bit steep......JMJ

Drove it today here in Jersey...the roads were clear...but I'd have to say with the larger width tires and the active suspension, it shouldn't be that bad...for the record, I just had my V6 Passat stolen and totaled...it was tricked out with a chip and Italian hides...damn I'm gonna miss that car!!!!
