Probably the Times Albert, although it is just a bit too highbrow for me. I mean I can get the reportage, but as a full read I find it a little too stretching.
I read the Gaurdian, which is a little to the left, and also readable from front to back, without a University degree.

I'm sure this is the same everywhere however are broadsheet papers like the aforementioned could be made a little more appealing to your average reader. ( They're a tad boring!)

what do you consider to be the best/most informative/most reliable newspaper in the states? this is an honest question - i want to know what i should be reading if i'm conservative/liberal/left-of-center/commie.
