Everyone but Chicago is having a New Years eve party, WTF!!!

How come? Seems like everyone else was excited enough to do something except for people in Chicago. What happened? Did promoters run out of money, ideas or places to do this. I don't understand, seems like every year people are becoming more and more disinterested to do something on this day. WTF!!!

I tried to do something this year, but I can't do it alone, it's too late now, so I guess this is just my time to vent.
