View Full Version : YA NEED A GOOD WHITE WOMAN IN YOUR LIFE - part 2

The Buddy Love Show

many don't like to read that ( like I care)

but for me the truth has been undeniable. My crew has taken the paradigm established in the rap industry and run with it. this years success is all about our catering to the needs and whims of white women who have been totally unstressed by the past few years economic downturn.

Bless them. We love them all , whether they be marketing managers, executive assistants, media directors, marketing managers consultants or some other form of lower to midlevel management - these on the go free spenders have made my year. And please lets not forget the daddy's girls.

So this is my vow..2004 will be the year of the white woman.

and like my boys over at dogfart, com say

WHERE'S DA WHITE WIMMIN?

I'm serious as a kidney stone. And Jamies right, without white women commercial hiphop would be through. Its a simple case of follow the money. The amount of disposable income these women pssoess is incredible as is the amount of spening they do. Shit ask Oprah, white women have made her a billionaire. If theres one thing that gets my dick hard its money and when I see white girls at a promotion i hear cash registers ka _ CHING

If ya know like i know find some good white wimmin

Another gig has popped up at the Bryant Park Hotel - swank lil venue opposite Bryant park. They need to promote their NYE event and so we will put our skills to work.

Demogaphics are a powerful thing - as I'm learning

St. Magus,

As wild as all this may sound, I have to agree with you on this one. The amount of disposable income they have far exceeds the young urban youth.

I can't fuck wit' em, but we can party til the sun comes up!!!

I can't fuck wit' em, but we can party til the sun comes up!!! A clubowner whom i respected once said to me that there is never a recession for folks under 26 years old. They have no responsibilities and can usually borrow money from their parents. THis job was to get them to spend their disposable income with him.

A lesson i never forgot

Magus,

Wasn't this discussed before? Can I get a big Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaate? I think it was your own thread. Anyway, I remember a previous thread, where someone mentioned "go look at the Metro Channel", where you have all of those affluent white girls going through the dating scene (this was even before Part I!). I believed that was the reference. Peace.

the argument that i am putting forward basically says that catering to the needs of single, young, white women is a highly lucrative business.

New York Magazine ( haha) did a huge article on the same subject in the beginning of 2003

gf: sadly, the "highly lucrative" bit is the end of the line.

as far as the divisions, try as you may to change what is in peoples' hearts, and perhaps one day, at the end of some long-fought spiritual revolution, this may occur. for the time being, some feel it better to play on these divisions and make them work in their favor, than to grumble (rightfully) at how disgusting they are and take little action against them (shit, who knows how? sensitivity training? i fancy not.). corporations play on supposed hierarchies and class/race divisions everyday. going back to what Magus said, it's about direct marketing to a demographic...nothing more.

that's my doom and gloom for the day.

[edit]: saw gf's last reply after the fact. we're saying the same thing kinda.

and sorry money makes the world go round for everybody in one way or another.

i read an article a few years ago in one of the money magazines that stated that the best profesions for the upcoming millenia were those that catered to the needs of the wealthy. This list included lawyers, accountants, financial planners, personal shoppers, event planners...you get the idea. many people are amassing wealth by doing this an its a way up and out for those who have the vision to look at a market and have a POA to attack it..

I'm sharing MY vision..and sucesses because i assume that most of us would like to better their lot in life or build for the NEXT generation so that they might be recipients of the catering we were denied </font>
trickle down economics

While a tangential argument can be made about disposable income..that same argument can also be made in regards to other more liberal economic stances - i.e Keynes and also the neo - liberals

ROMP.COM HERE I COME! </font>
What is Real Per-Capita Disposable Personal Income?

Let's look at each part of real per-capita disposable income so that we can understand what it means and why it is important. Personal income in the U.S. consists of all income that is received by U.S. residents in a given year, originating from all sources. Thus personal income is the sum of wage and salary disbursements, other labor income, proprietor's income (rental income), dividend and interest income, and transfer payments to individuals (welfare, unemployment insurance, etc). Disposable personal income is the portion of personal income that is left after personal taxes are subtracted, and thus is the amount of personal income available to people for consumption spending and saving. Per capita disposable personal income is found by dividing a country's total disposable personal income by its population. Finally, real per-capita disposable personal income is found by adjusting per-capita disposable personal income for inflation.

Changes in real per-capita disposable personal income (hereafter referred to as "real per-capita income") over time indicates trend in a country's material standard of living. Real per-capita income will usually rise when economic growth rates exceed population growth rates. Thus countries with rapid population growth rates must have an even more rapid rate of growth in real income in order to maintain material living standards. Real per-capita income tends to follow the business cycle, rising in the peaks and falling in the troughs. The greater percentage of real per-capita income in most countries is used for consumption spending rather than saving, with the percentage varying by culture and other factors. All else equal, a rise in consumer confidence will tend to increase the percentage of real per-capita income that is allocated to consumption, and decrease the percentage allocated to saving.

A careful reading of the above article shows that disposable incomes can rise through either tax relief ( and not just for the top wage earners - hence the term trickle - down) or through increased economic growth ( more and beter paying jobs)

unlike yourself i didn't sleep through economics i majored in it and am working towards a second degree in the area

And yes there are divisions in society. But this thread isn't addressing that. It is addressing the need to find a demographic and work a niche. Its about focus. many successful people do this all the time and in ways people never think about ( like the abundance of bodegas in ghettos - they address a need of a demographic)
