Jury finds John Allen Muhammad guilty

Sniper suspect John Allen Muhammad has been found guilty on all four counts against him: capital murder, committing a murder in an act of terrorism, conspiracy, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The verdict in the killing of a man at a Virginia gas station came after a little more than six hours of jury deliberations. He could face the death penalty on the capital murder and terrorism charges.

In what is an interesting commentary on our system of justice is that it took only a few hous to convict a black guy on a largely circumstantial case ( although the evidence seems overwhelming) while a rich white guy who confessed to a killing and dismemberment WALKS
