I think the World Heath Organization (is that what it's called) encourage travelers to avoid Toronto and Beijing for the next 3 weeks, due to the edpidemic.

In 1958 there was a similar "type" of situation whereas over a million people died.

With the advances we have in the medical field as of now, ....this should prevent a similar event.
