Question about UREI Monitors

I found a pair of UREI 809a monitors for $250 but one of the cones is torn in oune of them. If i can talk the guy down to say $150. would they be worth it. Would 150 be worth the good one at least. I have never used these monitors, but hear they are really good. Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks for the advice, I'm still gonna try to talk em down to $150, since the shop has had them for as long as they have. I wonder how you go about getting them fixed/
