Some posts had 10:00, some had Noon. I live in this area and have all my life, so I know the park like the back of my hand. All I'm saying is that if it was supposed to get sarted at around 11:00 am it started late... (REAL late...) as I stayed until 2:00. I even got our of the car to take some photos of the Japanese Garden.
