Help Please? I download this song Kid Creole & the Coconuts - Que Pasa/Me No Pop I, and the one that I have is only 4 minutes long. It doesn't have the words like the version that Farley plays in this BMX mix. Now my question how many other versions are there?
'Magic' Juan

As far as I know there is only one version. The one you downloaded might have been a radio edit.

I have a 12" of coati mundi and the both versions are longer than 4 min.
There is also a 7", guessing this is the one you downloaded.
Matt
you may want to also check out the soundtrack to that film Downtown 81 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005AQSE/ref%3Dase%5Fzeitgeistfilmcom/104-3507743-5209545)...i know the movie had live footage of kid creole doing "Que Pasa/Me No Pop I"...
not sure which version is on the soundtrack, though...
peace,
-g-
Thanks Matt T, and NCHO. Looks like I got some researching to do.
