Record question

Anyone have a record called "Undergound," which I am told was recorded by this New York producer in 1994 as ONR? I need this record. Does anyone have it in a GOOD mix? Does anyone know?

i don't have very much of his stuff, but there's this cut called 'I Know A Place', featuring Mooney (?) on vocals, that is absolutely stunning. i've been caning that one for about four years now.
