I have to agree that beauty and drama aren't synonymous, but I've found that oftentimes, one of the trappings of "consensus" physical beauty in women and in men, is melodrama.

I used to work with this cat who walked down the street and women would say, "Oh, my GOD!!" or "Gurl, look at him!!!" Dude would strut down the street wearing this facial expression like Ben Stiller in "Zoolander". I dunno, I thought it was kinda funny and way over the top.

I definitely agree that enablers and drama go together even moreso.

Halle makes bad choices in men. Granted I think she is probably very high maintenance and most men are not cut out for that. She needs to find a Chris Judd who has no problems letting her have the lead and the spotlight; and has no problems staying in the background. Halle needs a man that she honestly feels has her back. I think in the begining with all the men she has chosen in the past it may have seemed that way in the begining but upon closer look turns out not to be the case (hello, do I know THAT scenario). From what I have read she's had some issues with her own father so maybe some of those demons need to be wrestled before she jumps into another relationship. All she wants is a strong, loving relationship and while she may be no expert, I hope she doesn't stop trying to attain that.

Is it up to her to keep a man?? I thought it went both ways. Maybe these cats were lame in the final analysis. Having a man just to say "I gotta man" is why a lot of women put up with bullshit in the first place. Maybe she just plain got fed up with bullshit.
