Because yesterday I bought the DVD of Pirates of the Carribbean for $15.99 - the same price as most Cds were selling for up until the litigation for collusion was settled a couple of months ago

DVDS ARE NOW SELLING FOR THE SAME PRICE AS CD'S

we've been bamboozled by the record companies long enuff...download and buy bootlegs as much as you want cause its payback time

EXACTLY, this is why I love collecting DVDs, because you get more for what you pay for, as opposed to enjoying 2 songs on a crappy CD that costs just as much.

Many of these DVDs have two discs inside and you still pay the same price.

DVD's tend to keep their value a little better..Just purchased all time classic "The Warriors" on DVD for 35.99

The Road Warrior I'll probably treat myself to an early Christmas present by buying the Alien Quadrilogy and Band of Brothers Boxset. Must haves IMO.
