I haven't listened to radio in quite awhile (daytime, evening or weekends), but today a co-worker had it on @ lunchtime, and intertwined into some hip hop/r&b was some house.
Mind you, it might have been considered some of those "same 30 songs" that were being played but they were played. Phantom also played some underground stuff as well with some r&b hooks laced over it, IMO it was quite refreshing from what I was used to hearing.

Anyone else hear the mix today?
Have they changed their "format" again?

They only let the jock who does the noon-time mix play "house" on Fridays. It was ok....minus the scratching and playing Fingers "Can you feel it" at +5.

Wow. I missed all that...what stuck out for me was hearing Faces, Godfather of House, Keep Pushin' and the covers of Mary J Blige and Aaliyah...

They just didn't have the signal strength to compete. Now they do......JMJ ;)
