SIDE A.GENIUS AT WORK
SIDE B.LOVE IS THE MESSAGE-REMIX Hi Javier, what do you want to know?
It's a "pirate" (so-called bootleg).
One side is a medley, but I don't remember what
the "Love Is The Message" side is like.
There are about 3 or 4 famous edit/medleys of
that song that have been floating around on these
pirates for the past 20 years now.

My copy has a re-edit of Stone Fox Chase on the flip.

Love is the Message isn't bad on it, edited and looped a lot, but I like the flow on the Danny Krivit remix better.

DK edit released in conjunction with Nuphonic
and Bill Brewster's book? I haven't heard it
and I'm sure I need a copy on vinyl and CD...
will be cruising eBay to find one of each unless
you know of some for sale.

Unless you'r talking about one of the hundreds
of 'pirate" vinyl edits DK did?
There are 2 or 3 different ones that I know about:
the one subtitled EDITS BY THE CUCO and the one
mentioned in this thread.

Just about every Big Apple Production I heard is some kind of cut & paste megamix edit.

some of the copies floating around are copies
made from the original copies...sometimes
2 or 3 seperate generations of copying!

I actually met one of the Big Apple editors...
they were done by different folks, and a bootlegger
had em pressed up.
The guy who did #2 used to work at Bonds for awhile,
he's not famous, but he was hot in his day,
and could mix his ass off with enough Cocaine!

These things are from back in the day,
Razor Blade and Splicing Block stylee!
