Congratulations! You must be elated. A couple of my friends are in the process of purchasing homes. Watching them lets me know that it is obtainable. It just seems so big. Once I get over the fear I'll be okay.
I just paid the last payment on my car 1 year early, I might add. Ownership is a beautiful thing. My car feels different now that I own it.

Good luck to you. The only thing I regret about buying a home is not realizing I could have done it sooner. Congratulations on paying your car off graemlins/cheering.gif . Yes your car does feel different now that you own it. Now keep it well maintained and hold on to it as long as you can.
