at the worst case, you can always put one of those fake palm trees in your backyard with a sandbox, a blow-up pool, and these huge, tie-down images of Hawaii and take a vacation... graemlins/rofl.gif graemlins/rofl.gif

seriously though, if a vacation is out of the question, go to the library and borrow a travel book, close your eyes, and pretend you're there....the imagination can do wonders for you...
