What type of soundcard do you use?
If it has a "what you hear" channel, you can use a freeware like goldwave to encode a .wav of the RA file playing realtime.
There is also a converter called RA2Wav...

If you are trying to convert a .ram file, you can use Total Recorder (be aware that quality is horrible this way). If you just want to convert a .ra or .rm file, use Streambox Ripper.

streambox ripper allows conversion very quickly if u need to convert rm/mp3 files to wav for editing.Ex- for shortening 90 minute mixes down to 80 minutes for cds.
Other than that i would normally just use the cd burning software within the realplayer6 tools menu. That allows you to burn rm files direct to your blank cds for home listening. ;) i do this for all mixes under 80 minutes. ;)
