How is it that any Turkish waiter, Indonesian mechanic or Saudi bus-boy can find a contact for Al Quaeda and in a matter of weeks build up enough trust to gain the financing for a major, high-risk operation, yet not one single member of the western security forces has been able to infiltrate them? They must have the most effective first-contact vetting process of any organisation in history.
Either that or they just don't exist.
I know what I find more plausible.

I know what I find more plausible. Why were members of the Bin Laden family air-lifted out of the US on September 12th 2001?
We're stupid and behind the times.

I know what I find more plausible. I think you'll find that in all of these cases, the terrorists received months or years of indoctrination in religious schools in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc.
Here's the tale of the Turkish bombers--I'll find background on the others when I have a chance:

I know what I find more plausible. al Qaeda doesn't exist as we are led to believe in the West. Bin Laden doesn't sit about planning every detail, it is a huge decentralized organisation spanning many countries with many different factions all with the same goal. Many of the different brigades never communicate with each other at all.
The reason Western intelligence agencies such as the CIA, MI6 have failed so spectacularly with regards to al Qaeda is that they have very little in Arab Muslim human intelligence contacts on the ground. Most of the current intelligence budget these days gets spent on high-tech surveillance outposts such as GCHQ and ECHELON with less and less attention spent on intelligence officers or contacts on the ground.
The outfit that does have lots of agents in the Arab/Muslim world is Mossad as a result of years of conflict with just about every Arab country going. A lot of people reckon that Mossad hold back on this intel though as it is in Israel's interest to have the West warring with Islam. There is precedence for this. Mossad knew about an attack on an American convoy in Lebanon (I think it was in Lebanon) once but didn't tell the CIA. As a result a lot of US servicemen died.
Whether or not al Qaeda exists or is a fabrication to justify US foreign policy is immaterial, the fact on the ground is that Western targets are getting bombed left right and centre in Turkey, US, Saudi Arabia, Iraq etc and lots of innocent people are getting killed.

Furthermore to rely on the administration and it's reporting tools for info about attacks and who is to blame is not sound. The first flaw in trying to find any logic in these claims is that Al Queada..the supposed baddest terror group in history never made any official claim to fame.

I'm not advocating mob rule or throwing people in Guantanamo bay without trial. I'm not suggesting that any one should be arrested for having the name Bin Laden. All I was saying is that considering George Bush has named Osama Bin Laden as the perpetrator of the september the 11th attacks, do you not think that it is strange that members of his immediate family were not questioned in the US but air lifted out.

The first flaw in trying to find any logic in these claims is that Al Queada..the supposed baddest terror group in history never made any official claim to fame. The original quoter was wrong because most suicide bombers are selected from neighbourhoods where they lived for years by Islamic extremists. Its too difficult for western intelligence to fake that. Also, when someone puts themselves forward or is picked for a suicide bombing mission, at best they will only ever meet middle men and/or the bomb engineer. There was an excellent program on UK Ch 4 recently about suicide bombers and how they were picked; they don't really understand what is going on or who they are dealing with. The suicide bombers in the programme believed that upon their death they are received in Heaven by 73 virgins (as promised in the Quran).

The FBI was brought in to escort them through the country and they were not questioned. Our tax dollars supported evacuating them from the country.

It has been reported (it depends on who you trust i guess) that the Bin Laden and Bush family made/make money together.
