some nice elements, the arrangements lacks a little energy for me and it needs a serious mix down job doing

with some work would maybe suit a vocal but for me it does not stand up on its own

Its good for a 1st track though keep on working mate :-)

sounds good... really raw..
just keep grooving a learning the program.. once you get it down
you will be able to produce what you hear in your head..

maybe some build ups n break downs would be cool..
keep it goin bro..........

hey man, not bad for a first. sounds like youve got some clippin going on maybe, so you might check your levels. also, not sure if the bass line is in tune with the organ line. one of the things that you might do is sit down and listen to a lot of tracks by your favorite producers and really pick them apart to see how a track is put together. I mean listening for like, okay here a shaker comes in, theres a synth line building way in the background, and the decay time on the reverb on the pads is increasing. stuff like that to really learn the anatomy of a track. keep it up man!
