Third time i hear Daniel Wang and i'm always blown away by his selection...really deep and uplifting rare disco tunes.Purple Flash-We Can make It is one of them, as well as Carolyn Williams-Tell The World or Kaja Googoo-Hang on Now.Simply the best disco DJ i can think of today...and not forgetting his own bijou productions!

We had a big one too in Cambridge this weekend. Steve Reed (blackwaxrecords.com) and Ben Saunders did spin some serious classic disco tracks @ Junction. Some pictures will be availble shortly I believe.

It feels so good to be off on mondays when u have Danny playing on a sunday night...I have so many melodies in my head from last night...i'm already searching the web for those bullets!

I was priveledged enough to play on the bill in Sheffield on Friday, Danny was ridiculously good, first time I've heard a proper disco set in a club. I'm still trying to remember what he played, superb.

Was there myself danny, he did play some fantastic tunes, and I am struggling to remember which were which, I was sat down in a corner near the bar with me mate surrounded by empty baileys glasses, urgh.

I caught him last Thursday night at Flip which is in Lisle St nr Chinatown. The night is a weekly put on by James from Nu Phonic. Danny was on it there as well. Great selection of Italo amd new wave cuts like Magnifique,Purple Flash,Yazoo alongside great disco cuts.
He is a fun DJ and all about the good time !. Respect to Danny Wang mos def.
