I like the production and the idea, but think that AJ's vocals fall short compared to some other projects he's done. I have another record that he did with Benji and sort of feel the same way about that too. I play 'em though, so I ain't complaining. Just one man's opinion.

Josh, I feel ya, although I did really like this one ... "Life Goes On" was such a pinnacle, following it up is just a really hard task ... anyway, out of curiousity, what's the other record you're referring to ... maybe "Special Kind of Love" or "Learn to Give"?
Should be a fun party nontheless.

The "other one" is KSS-1112 Arnold Jarvis, "Special Kind of Love" Produced and Mixed by Benji Candelario Incl. Re-Mixes by Jazz-N-Groove.
I think that JM raises a good point in saying that hios earlier records were "pinnacles", but if someone did it before, they can do it again. Unfortunately, that is the quality that they are going to be judged by and, in turn, need to live up to.
Now, obviously, I like both records as i went to the store, heard them and bought them. I'm just sayin, I like AJ's earlier work a little more compared to these. All three are good, but on a scale the earlier work would get a better grade.

Haven't heard this yet but I plan to. Arnold is definitely tops. My favourite by him (and you know who) so far is "Inspiration." I can never get enough of that one. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I was tired and stoned and that wacky bartender who was scantily clad got me going on the cheeze puffs at her bar. Not only could I not eat just one, I couldn't stop eating.......... I had to leave before I ended up like the Stay-Cheeze Puff Cheezyer Man. I just caught a whiff of some exhaust and it reminded me of the Ibiza airport. Uh-Oh. I might have to make s stop there for the closing parties.
