i read a lot about the school and it has an excellent reputation world wide. and yes don't need to take the gre if your scores are less than 5 years old.
its a top 5 school for business (mba)and public admin. (mpa) .
one of the best schools in the usa for the phd program in public admin. is c.u.n.y's graduate school in nyc.
it is less expensive and you are taught by top notch government officials.

You've hit upon my dilema exactly though. My GRE scores are ten years old and even though I already have my Master's they still want fresh GREs. I told them they should make an exception for the elderly, but so far they're not buying it. graemlins/beerchug.gif
