Ken Park WTF? graemlins/stupid.gif has anyone else out there seen this or have an opinion on his other movies - Bully/Kids/photography.

i saw kids a few yrs ago. found it confronting and quite grim. i've not seen ken park - what did you think of it?

Not one to take away anything from another filmmaker, but I would concur with the pervert angle.

i think kids was the first of the 'kiddie porn' series and i remember there was a heap of controversy over censorship and ratings when it first came out.

whether his intention to shock or attain viewers with the teen sex, it did leave me wondering how the gratuitousness was entirely relevant to portraying characters in this context (assuming he is trying to muster some sympathy for them).
