Thanks for the culinary tips before my Cincinnati trip. Had the Skyline Chili (3-way) which was great, and although I missed the Graeter's Ice Cream, I did have some pastries from Graeter's, which were excellent. I'll probably be back down there sometime in January, at which time I'll go to Graeter's for the ice cream......JMJ smile.gif

Skyline chili is an aquired taste for most. Many people cannot stand it. Too bad about the ice cream. That Raspberry with chocolate chunks is just bananas.

There's a place in Tulsa (where I grew up) called Ike's Chili Palace that is similar to Skyline with the 3,4, and 5 way chili, plus they had 3, 4, and 5 ALARM chili (hotness), so I was ready for Skyline. Ike's has been around for over 50 years too, so it's like a landmark in downtown Tulsa. Most people have never had chili like that, so I can understand why it might be considered an acquired taste. I'll definitely report back on Graeter's ice cream next time......JMJ :D
