I have checked Disc Cogs and a few others but I can not find it!!!

I am sorry for not responding to you sooner!! That was my fault and I apologize for that... No I did not contact the guy you mentioned. I wasn't quite sure on how to do so. There was just his soundcloud page and that was it.

Was I suppose say; hey do you have this record and do you want to sell it?

well I don't want to be middle man in this
so if...
you're not registered on soundcloud...
do you a myspace account
or a facebook account?
that would make things a lot easy'er (in your situation)
then find 'Raoul Belmans' (swirl people) and send him a message.
He really is a nice guy and will def help you out.
