went to the Lord Of The Rings trilogy yesterday. 17 HOURS.

NERD ALERT!

Took the day off work. Got in line at 8:30 AM in the freezing cold. Had fantastic seats. First film started at noon, then 5 pm, then 10 pm. Before the final film, Elijah Wood and the other hobbits came in to the theater and rallied the troops. It was a nice recognition for the hardcore fans. People went absolutely nuts. It was very funnny.

The third film is great. Pretty true to the book and very thorough. I plan to see it again.

I just became a fan. Saw the first movie by mistake and then ran out and bought the second one.

Can't wait to see the Third and be able to by it as well as the first.

I'm so hooked haven't even read the books will get really soon though.
