All I have to do is install it and it will automatically design me a new website right? Thats what John Martin said...... I guess I will roll up my sleeves and get to learning it over the next couple of weeks or months.

Dreamweaver is great.
Might take a while to get the hang of it, but once you've created your pages it'll make it nice and easy to update them.

Why do you want to redesign the site? I know web designers who've studied your site to understand what makes it such a successful online community.
Sure, graphic designers might make fun of your site's visual design, but they're the same ones who want every site to have tiny hard-to-read fonts and animated flash-based navigation.
It's your site of course, but I don't see anyone complaining about the design!
