The best diss might be if a record store keeps carrying the bootleg when the official version is out, not even having the real pressing on hand. (they have a bigger profit margin on bootlegs, didn't you know?) AR15firing.gif

no, the greatest compliment is when someone actually licenses your track. even thought they must like your track enough to bootleg it...that's still a dis.

yup! i worked at a record store for a bit and this is very true. peter black is famous for this. he also likes to tell stores that they got these bootlegs exclusive. oh did i say tthat out loud. damn right i did.
