BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY 30TH MAY @ THE MINT CLUB, LEEDS
SEBASTIEN LEGER (3hr set)
FORMAT:B (Live)
SPECIAL SUPRISE GUEST
Danny Savage
King Tut & The Wookie
Special treat for you this time out a one off Sunday night party to celebrate the fact that its Bank Holiday. What more reason do you need to shift some shapes amongst like-minded people?
French DJ and producer Sιbastien Lιger owns and manages his own record label, Mistakes Music, and makes house, minimal and electro of the sort that impressed Radio 1 so much they asked him to do an Essential Mix in 2008. Hes remixed Deadmau5 and Daft Punk, so if you like bubbly, big and heavy club sounds, look no further...
Also on are Format:B - a German duo of Franziskus Sell and Jakob Hildenbrand. They are a pair known for their pistol pumping tech sounds and are certainties to get the whole club fist punching and foot stomping in unison.
So, without fear of retribution on Monday, you can dance your way through Sunday eve, drenched in the pin point sound waves which burst from Mints Funktion One sound system, and bathed in the shades of warm red and cool blue light which beams down from the futuristic LED disco panel which hovers above the dance floor.
And, of course, the trusty Filth residents will also be on duty tonight weaving all manner of tech, house, electro and general booty bass for your partying pleasure... thank god for Bank Holidays!
