Just wondering what you all would do. I'm spinnin' at a little club/restaurant (Lan Sushi in Chicago) and was given the option of bringing my own stuff or using theirs?

What would you do? And tell me some horror stories if you have any. I'm going to check it out, but I'm sure I'll bring a CD Mix2 anyway at the very least.

Thanks.

If they're GIVING you the option to bring your own stuff, more than likely it's because they've got shit equipment. Bring your own......JMJ ;)

If at all possible, NEVER do a gig without SEEING their equipment first.

I ended up at places with Gemini turntables, turntables with NO PITCH CONTROL, soundboards as mixers, etc. Better safe than sorry.

Will people be dancing, or is it more of a lounge thing?
