You know how in the past when there were major snow storms or other such event which resulted in a baby boom..

I wonder how many children were conceived while the lights were out. Or was it too hot to be doing the nasty? What was the temp in NY that day?

Interesting, although the data is over 30yrs old. Doesn't necessarily hold true for subsequent blackouts. The lights went out in 1977. I didn't know about one in 1965. How many times have the lights gone out there?
