hey
i may have asked this before and slept on the answer. if so, apologies.

i have NERO Burning ROM installed on my laptop but cannot upload files into mp3 format with it. the only software i have that uploads is windows media player, but that only allows me to burn back to cd through it (and Nero is more flexible).

Can someone please recommend a software that is an effective uploading/burning tool. what might also work is something that allows me to change the file format.

many thanks.

here is a list of programs from my favorite place on the web to find "little" tools for anything pc related.

http://www.webattack.com/shareware/gmm/swaudiocodec.shtml

search for a freeware or shareware. otherwise the prices are decent.

good luck!
