I agree re planting "evidence." However most of this kind of stuff has a return address on it so to speak. If they got caught doing this the consequences are overwhelming. But then again I would not put anything past the Central Intelligence Agency (a contradiction in terms smile.gif )

I do not like Saddam anymore than any other sane person would, but lot of people were killed in this illegal and unjust war including our own.

How about in the US where people have been put to death only to find out they did not commit the crime?

We are a violent society. America has bombed over 200 countries since it's beginning. Something just isn't right about this picture.

According to the DIA, they considered dissident and exiled Iraqi intelligence to be tainted with self-interest (wise thought, I might add) and British Iraqi intelligence to be a bit shallow, so FRENCH intelligence was the most reliable. France has always maintained that their intelligence efforts have always shown that Iraq posed no immediate or even intermediate level threat of WMD.
