It's the only song of his I ever liked.
He based the whole structure on old medieval music from Europe to go along with the whole gothic feel of that Batman movie.

Me! Me! No matter how much I hear this song it always brings tears to my eyes. There is something about the sound of his voice when he sings certain parts (like "You remain my power, my pleasure, my pain"). Seems like he was feeling the words when he sang it. A well-delivered tune.

See the other post - bec. we were talking about his seal iv cd coming out - Love him since the very first one - just didn't care for the Human Being CD - but most on the board said it was good so I'm going to give it a chance.

I'm going to try it out - You know I saw him at the VH1 Man of the Year couple of years ago and when I heard the music I was just put down slightly from it.
But I am willing to give it another chance really!
