Farina released a cd mix on Domestic , called Seasons one. Track #2 on that CD is by an artist named POPEYE. Track is called "disco 2000". It's apparently on Loop Records (or recordings?). I've been searching for this 12" for 7 years. Does it even exist? Any info? mad1.gif

I saw that same listing. That was the closest I ever got to that record. I'm aware that an LP sampler of "Seasons One" was released, but unfortunately, that track wasn't on it. This track MUST exist on vinyl. WE MUST FIND IT IMMEDIATELY

www.synergize.com (http://www.synergize.com...they) they are m.farina addicts and i'm sure they will come up trumps for you, there is a specific board/room for titles etc.

I went on that Farina site, and sure enough those music geeks (LOL) were way ahead of me. They're also looking for that POPEYE track. Maybe, POPEYE just dropped that one track and simply sailed off.......

I have the Plumphouse record and Boogie 2000 is the best cut on the record. I believe there was a Club Lounge pt 2 as well. The label is out of Sweden--pt 1 came out in 96!

The Popeye track you peeps is after indeed be on Plumphouse, and is called 'Boogie 2000' (the Seasons One tracklisting is wrong, yo!) on the Club Lounge EP (PLUMP 010). I've had a few of these available through the site over the years and one just a few weeks ago:

I also just had a Sound Experience EP, but thas gone too! :( Please check back though as I'm always picking up the Seasons tracks whenever I find them, the only ones I have available at the moment are Tranquil Elephantizer 'No Slo Dub' (not Nu Slo Dub as listed on the mix, another mistake) and Mood 2 Swing 'Move Me', my personal fav has always been the Michael Vincent track though (what a cut!!).....
