because i'm not a dj....You can't hold anything over my head so's I can be "down" and i don't want your fuggin frisbee promos...i throw my own parties so don't need to get on the list and i have plenty of loot so i don't have to be bummin..i say wild shit and then back it up and most important i can't be labeled

i will actually dance to good music even if i don't know the dj's...
and i use my pinky finger to cue records, so i look all uptown snobby and sh*t.

I didn't choose to be a DJ, DJin'chose me.
It's natural due to it being passed down from my uncle to my father, from my father to me.
I studied under the best and I've worked at some of the the hardest places to please the crowds.

Wow, thats very deep.
Well to answer my own question:
I try my best to bring back the good ole days of partying by playing tunes that haven't been heard in a while.
With new music I try to play alot of different tunes within different genres. Nu Jazz, Techo, Progressive, house, rock, etc... I really don't like to play the same new tunes that everyone and their momma plays.

Unless im purposely playing older records, I try to play very little music others play. folks need to hear different music it keeps things fresh......... :D
