Denzel is starring in the remake which is currently filming...my guess is that he will play the Frank Sinatra role

This film is a classic and i don't see how they can better John Frankenheimers original version ( besides the red menace/ fifth columnist hysteria of the times doesn't really exist now)

They BETTER do a good job

who's gonna take the place of laurence harvey ? and angela lansbury ? (she was Oscar nominated back then)
one of the best movies ever about political extremism !!
i don't think they will make it as good as j.frankenheimer was, the movie was banned on its original release by the bloody u.s. conservators of that era, and frank sinatra! there will never be another icon like him on cinema, The Crooner, The Voice, The Mafioso..
impossible to double such masterpiece!

great movie. i don't know what's worse: bad hollywood remakes of classic movies or the new crap hollywood churns out now.

Like some records, certain things should just be left as they were.

Also the thrill of the movie is how Frankenheimer used lighting to dramatic effect...

I say leave the classics alone
