I reckon that price would be about right nowadays, it was exchanging hands of up to £100 12 years ago when Soul Sam revived it. As well as the classic 'dreamin', its worth checking out Greg Henderson feat Rome Jefferies 'Never too late (to find a love)' also on Rain.
These are the only 3 releases I'm aware of on this label.
