On Thursday October 9th in a unique collaboration, one of the most prolific underground dance music remixer/producers of our time, Frankie Feliciano, will unite with rising DJ Keith Blackstone. We’d like to take this opportunity to share a bit of each DJ’s background.


ABOUT FRANKIE
-------------------------
In 1986 Frankie got into house music when he was already playing freestyle. Frankie's cousins kept telling him about the Paradise Garage, which he never ended up going to, and the music that the club played. He couldn't get into it at all until he heard it at a club for the first time and the DJ that night was none other than Louie Vega . . . Frankie’s musical contributions are too numerous to list, however we’ve included some of his notable accomplishments including

ABOUT KEITH
--------------------
Born in Maryland and currently residing in New Jersey, Keith spends much of his time honing his craft around Philadelphia, New York, and Europe. He has been fortunate enough to play assorted events alongside such names as Marley Marl, Matthias 'Matty' Heilbronn (Wave), Eric Kupper (Hysteria), Jay-J (Moulton Studios), Jovonn (Next Moov), Neil Aline (Chez Music), Tony Vega, Emskee (WBAI radio), Adam Cruz (the Almagest, Mixtape Sessions), and Jon Martin (Kingstreet Records).

Manhattan dates have included DJ gigs at Parlay, Nativa, River Town Lounge, Club Demerera, Halcyon, Columbia University, and Eau Bar, while Philadelphians have enjoyed his unique blend at Fluid, Filo's, La Tazza, Silk City, and the University of Pennsylvania.
