Thanks for asking, it was great.

Hitomi's is just mixing up a batch of Angel Delight and ready to grate some Galaxy chocolate on top - you can't say fairer than that.

The actual ceremony was great, fluffed my lines a bit (old style samurai style Japanese), but handled the 3 cups of sake perfectly!

Hitomi looked like something out of a magazine, she looked great in her black kimono, wig and head-dress. The weather was great, couldn't have picked a better day.

I had two mates over from Leeds with their girlfriends and my Mum & Dad, they were all blown away by the whole experience. Plus they got a 4.5 earthquake last night :D so the earth really did move :eek: - I rang my Dad to see if they were alright, Hitomi was ready to evacute the flat, standing in the doorway, my Dad just wanted to know if I knew any of the football scores :D

After the ceremony we came into the reception area, we'd chosen the music for the day and the first tune was 'Come On Come Over' by Jaco Pastorious. I was a little concerned whether it fit in, but it blew everyone away. We just strolled in as cool as you like (saked up more like) to some raw bass ladened funk - it was great..

Then, it was very much about mixing the clans, east meets west, we're not that disimilar really and everyone went away impressed.

Saturday went well, we had a club from 6pm until 10pm, got all my friends down as well as Hitomi's, no one danced though (everyone got there drink well and truly on & we popped out for a couple of cheeky spliffs).

I left my friends from the UK, my Mum & Dad, my soccer team mates, my friends from work and some others we picked up along the way in a funk bar in Roppongi (think Tenerife/Amsterdam/Westend/Blackpool) they kept it going in true UK wedding style until the wee hours - we snook off to chill out, it's not easy being the centre of attention, plus I wanted to carry Hitomi over the threashold while I still had it in me :D .

My mates from Leeds (NT/Cisco Engineers), have gone back home after a week and they've asked me to find them a 1 year contract out here (they loved it!) and I've packed my Mum & Dad off to Kyoto and Hiroshima for 4 days.

We'll have to get you out here, maybe for the christening???? :D ????

The invite still stands for you and Nev if you want to visit, my mates got out here for 315 quid on Lufthansa. We could do it justice with the wedding and folks out of the way, take in some vinyl shopping and clubs smile.gif
