The venue was a 1930's Art Deco theater than some guy revamped and now lives in. They throw "swingers" parties there a lot (hence the assholes behind the booth ;) So this was a private residence, otherwise we would have had a bitch of a time trying to get a dance hall permit let alone an afterhours permit. Damn the law down here.
