Why does the spring/summer bring out pure dee fools?

It never fails...No lie, I saw two grown men fist fighting on my walk home yesterday..I have to admit, it was refreshing to see them getting down fist style and funny...hookers were out in full boom, transvestites were out early, kids were clean, happy first of the month families, parks full, you gotta love the warm weather...
