I have actually been to Mainz. I had a friend who was stationed in Worms and I stayed with him to tour that region. I've been back a couple of times since then. I really love Germany, the trains, the Rhine River, the mountains and the landscape in general. Many of the Germans were nicer to me than a lot of Americans. At one point I thought I might learn German and try to live there for awhile to study spa culture. Now is a good time for me to be reminded of that.
