I don't have a "recipe" per se, but here's what I do:
broil / grill some nice jalepenos, along with some hot red & green peppers (I like 'em all grilled first) - chop 'em up and add minced onion, garlic, cilantro & chopped tomatoes. Then add lime juice (this keeps the salsa from developing botulism as the fruits&veggies begin to break down). I do it all to taste and call it a day - and it always turns out great!
