Internet addiction is a state of mind that you need to avoid. Keep yourselves active. There's more to life than just sitting in a chair staring at a monitor. Don't make the excuse of needing to be online all the time, you're not a victim.

Take a walk

Play with your children

Clean your house

Go to school

Keep active
