Anyone have any feedback on these monitors. Looking into getting a pair.

Feel free to give your inputs on other monitors and at this point in time and yes price is a consideration.

For the money they are great, I actually have a pair that I'm selling for cheap, they are about 3 years old and in excellent condition, if you're in or near So. Florida I can get them to you. $150.00 for the pair.

The M Audio's are ok but a bit too much base for my liking. Take a look and listen to the Yamaha HS50M 5" much more accurate sound reproduction and not too costly at around $350 a pair.

Agreed on the bass they are a little heavy
But I am learning to adjust for this
The krk's are popular and seem very good

i would go for KRK rokits - 8 if you can afford, 6 if you can't and 5 if you can't afford the 6.
KRK 8 and you shouldnt need a sub, great monitors and the next model up from KRK is in the several thousand dollar range - so basically they can't make a better monitor unless it's several times more expensive.
depending on what you are doing, and what you are comfortable with, you can try and mix in headphones - there's a shure srh840 which i've been using lately and it's been really good. you can't get a true representation of bass with them, but the same can be said about any pair of monitors in any room that isn't acoustically treated - so . . . .
