Louie put on a PERFORMANCE Friday night at Dance Ritual... PHEWWWWW! *fanning the heat*
Big shouts to Mr V for really doing his thing too... as I told him on my way out... I haven't danced that much all year so far (including WMC).

... my sore back, knees, feet and overall body thank them too (I feel like I had some super workout or some ish... still a bit sore today even)
