I love closing with Gabrielle "Sunshine" - the Frankie Knuckles mix. It can be a little over the top, but one of the happiest tunes I've ever heard, and has reduced people to tears more than once.
also Flowerz.

Pagliaci by Maynard Ferguson. There's something about playing a song that's over 100 years old and this version over 30 years old that somehow brings back to me the thought that music can be timeless.

i never get the opportunity, but i love slow jams at the end of the night. last night i was playin @ slick's lounge, and i ended my set w/ 'my umi says' mos def and 'portuguesay love' teena marie. i hate leaving at a high point. i like to be brought down at the end. i like leaving people or being left with a special cut at the end because it gives u something to remember the night by, and it helps me get those digits from the female i been on the whole night. ;) graemlins/remybussi.gif

i can remember for years at Ayr pavillion in Scotland the residnts djs always used t o playa song/track called " beautiful ballet "im not positive who the artist was.its starts with a synthy sound and horns and a big fat beat. Its also gota guitar throught it.Its pretty much a weird sounding/crosssover tune.Id be surprised to hear that people on here no what it is exactly. The club was a strictly house joint and we had franke knuckles, morales, saunderson, may, atkins, grameme park, ralpn lawson, inner city, adeva,i could probably go ob for ever but i wont.If anythinh nows what the track " beautiful ballet is" post back.it got played the last record of the night for about 6 years!!!!
