100 12" in White Jackets- $879.00
Includes: White Jackets with Hole, White Inner Sleeve, Shrink-wrap. $1.80 each for additional LP's.

Hey, I'm tempted to release something on vinyl but I want the least amount of vinyl for the cheapest price. Are there any cheaper then "rainborecords" thanks.

Vinyl makes you cool. That's the point.

After doing research I'm going with a pressing place in Detroit and a mastering place in the UK.

The first post was kind of naive. I think I'll go the local route.

People are complaining about EKS in this thread. It's probably why they have a special.

So far I've learned it's a tricky business.

There's no profit in pressing 100 pieces of vinyl. How much r u planning to sell them to the distributor and stores for?

You're right. I actually gave EKS a shot and did the 100 pieces of vinyl. The process wasn't smooth though because they were swamped. Pressing plants don't like doing a small run like that either. As for profit, there is no profit and I'll just self distribute them. I did it for the music/art, to put out an obscure record.

You guys/gals from Chicago and Detroit should be thankful that you have a legacy and market appeal overseas. That makes it a hell of a lot easier to sell records.
